Due to the custom nature of website development services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. We invest significant time and resources into each project from the initial consultation phase.
The 50% deposit required to begin work is non-refundable under most circumstances, as it reserves our time and covers initial project setup and planning. Exceptions may be considered in the following situations:

Refunds are not provided for change requests that fall outside the original project scope. Additional work will be quoted separately and billed accordingly.

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days using the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
